Welcome to Sol Studios Sweden, an artist-run studio by Senja Sollén.By visiting or purchasing from www.solstudiossweden.com, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

1. ABOUT SOL STUDIOS SWEDEN

Solstudiossweden.com is operated by Sol Studios Sweden, owned and run by Senja Sollén (referred to as “Sol Studios Sweden”, “we”, or “us”).
Sol Studios Sweden creates and sells mini worlds, ceramic works, and art prints, all made in small batches or as individual pieces.

2. USING THE WEBSITE
By using this website, you agree to:

• Use it only for lawful purposes
• Respect the creative work and content displayed
• Not attempt to damage, interfere with, or misuse the site
  

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, in accordance with Swedish law.

3. ARTWORK & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All artworks, images, texts, designs, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Sol Studios Sweden, unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or use any content without written permission.This includes artwork images, even if the product is sold out.

4. ORDERS
4.1 When you place an order, a binding purchase agreement is created once you receive an order confirmation email.

4.2 You are responsible for ensuring that your contact and shipping details are correct.

4.3 If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at
info@solstudiossweden.comIf the order has already been shipped, it will be handled as a return (see Section 7).

5. PRICES & PAYMENT
5.1 All prices are listed in SEK (or other selected currencies) and include 25% VAT for EU customers.VAT is excluded for customers outside the EU.

5.2 Customers outside the EU are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

5.3 Payments are securely processed via trusted providers such as Stripe and Klarna (where available).

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
6.1 Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days, unless otherwise stated for made-to-order or custom pieces.

6.2 Delivery times vary depending on destination. Estimated delivery times are provided but cannot be guaranteed.

6.3 If a parcel is damaged during transport, please notify both the carrier and Sol Studios Sweden within 5 working days of delivery, including photos.

7. RETURNS & WITHDRAWAL
7.1 You have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer law.

7.2 Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and safely packaged.

7.3 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.     

Returns must be sent with tracking.

7.4 Once the return is received and approved, a refund will be issued using the original payment method.

7.5 Custom pieces, mini worlds made to order, and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

7.6 Due to the fragile nature of mini worlds and ceramics, Sol Studios Sweden cannot offer refunds for damage that occurs after the item has been delivered, including damage caused by handling, accidents, or improper care.

8. MINI WORLDS, CERAMICS & HANDMADE VARIATIONS
All pieces are handmade.Small variations in color, texture, glaze, size, or detail are part of the nature and beauty of the work and are not considered defects.

9. FORCE MAJEURE
Sol Studios Sweden is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, transport disruptions, or governmental actions.
If such circumstances last longer than six (6) weeks, both parties may cancel the order.

10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time.The latest version will always be available on the website. Continued use of the site means you accept the changes.
